1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Khaabo app or website ("Khaabo", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to form a binding contract to use Khaabo.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account.

4. Placing Orders

Khaabo is a platform that connects you with independent restaurants and delivery partners. When you place an order you agree to purchase the selected items, and the restaurant is responsible for preparing them.

5. Prices, Fees & Taxes

Item prices, delivery fees, service fees, and applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you confirm. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

6. Payments

You authorize Khaabo and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely.

7. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary due to preparation, traffic, weather, or demand. Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel an order before the restaurant begins preparation. Refunds for eligible issues are handled per our refund policy and returned to your original payment method or Khaabo wallet.

9. Khaabo Pro Membership

Khaabo Pro is an optional paid membership offering benefits such as free delivery on qualifying orders. Fees, renewal, and cancellation terms are shown at sign-up.

10. Restaurants & Third Parties

Restaurants are independent businesses responsible for their menus, pricing, food quality, and food safety. Khaabo does not prepare the food ordered through the platform.

11. User Conduct

You agree to use Khaabo lawfully and not to misuse the platform, harass couriers or restaurant staff, submit false information, or attempt to disrupt our services.

12. Intellectual Property

All Khaabo trademarks, logos, and content are owned by Khaabo and may not be used without our prior written permission.

13. Disclaimers

Khaabo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Khaabo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Khaabo harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under local law remain unaffected.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Khaabo after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
